Terms and conditions of using Purple Woofs services, please read all terms, by placing your dog
in the care of Purple Woofs, you are agreeing to all terms & conditions.
Please note, Purple Woofs use force free positive reinforcement techniques with all the dogs
that are using our services, and this includes using food rewards for good behaviour and mental
stimulation games. If your dog suffers from food allergies, you must let us know in advance.
Purple Woofs are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for your dog to play
and train when with us for walks. Your responsibility as your dog’s guardian is to make sure you
keep Purple Woofs up to date on any health, training, or behavioral issues you are having with
your dog’s so we can work with you and your dog in a safe and supportive way.
Validity: Package deals are valid for 6 weeks from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions
after this period will be forfeited.
Limitations: This package deal is limited to use by one individual only and cannot be shared with
others.
Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must give at least 24 hrs.
Extensions: No extensions of the package deal will be granted, even for unforeseen
circumstances such as illness or injury.
Refunds: No refunds will be granted for unused portions of the package deals.
Appointments: All sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
Terms of use: The package deals may only be used for its intended purposes as described in
the offer. Any misuse or abuse of the package deal will result in the cancellation of the
remaining sessions without refund.
Additional terms: The package deal may be subject to additional terms and conditions as
specified in the offer. These additional terms will be communicated to you at the time of
purchase.
● I (the dog owner) confirm Purple Woofs that I am the legal owner of my dog; that my dog
has not been ill with any contagious disease or condition within the past thirty days and
that my dog has received all necessary vaccinations.
● I, the owner, agree, in line with the ethos of Purple Woofs to not use any aversive
equipment. List of items which Purple Woofs feel unsuitable for pet dogs includes, choke
chains, half check chains, prong collars, electric shock collars.
● Purple Woofs will enter the property in good faith.
● I, the owner, agree to adhere to the opening and closing times of Purple Woofs.
● My hours are Monday to Wednesday 9-6pm, Thursday 9-3:30 & Friday 9-4pm. I am
unavailable on Bank Holidays. Unless otherwise previously arranged.
● I the owner agrees to ensure that my dog is kept in good health, receives regular
parasite treatments, yearly vaccinations, which are required by Purple Woofs to allow my
dogs continue to mix with other dogs depending on training sessions.
● I the owner agrees that Purple Woofs can post pictures & videos of my dog on their
social media channels.
● I the owner agrees to pay Purple Woofs, full amount of Training sessions packages.
● I the dog owner agrees to pay Purple Woofs a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the dog
total cost of our dog training services to secure your booking. 48hrs notice is required for
cancellation of these services otherwise the dog owners agree to pay 100% of the total
Training sessions amount.
● I the dog owner takes full responsibility for my dog while dog training with Purple Woofs.
Purple Woofs will always put your dog and your safety first. Purple Woofs may refer to if
the behaviour your dog is exhibiting is out of Purple Woofs specialties i.e., to another
dog trainer who specializes in this field or to a behaviorist to make sure your dog and
you get the best help possible.
Cancellations and schedule changes:
All walks, Training & taxi services must be confirmed by 3pm on Friday prior to the upcoming week.

Time slots cannot be guaranteed at peak times however I will try my best to accommodate each client
as per their desired time frame.
There are set days for group walks to ensure every dog is mixed with dogs they get on with, based on
temperament and play style on those days to ensure this continues, as best as possible with your
schedule please let me know in advance to ensure this.
Walks can be booked after this however they will have to be for any available time slot that is
remaining.
Walks can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the confirmed walk time within Purple Woofs working
hours. Any cancellations occurring out of office times, does not count as after this will incur a charge
of 100% of the cost of the walk.
Non-refundable deposit of 40% of the dog total cost of our Pet sitting services to secure your
booking. 48hrs notice is required for cancellation of these services otherwise a charge of 100% of
the total booking is required.
If your animal has an injury, please cancel on the day the injury occurs or 48 hours before the next walk
otherwise you will still be charged in full for the walk. This is to ensure I can accommodate other owners
who are looking to book walks.
If I am going away or otherwise unavailable for any dates, I will give dog owners a maximum of one
month to a minimum of 2-3 weeks’ notice to allow for dog owners to make other arrangements.
I have pets too and I will endeavor to schedule personal appointments outside of working hours.
Unfortunately emergencies will happen however I will do my best not to impact the scheduled walks &
training sessions.
Training sessions can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the confirmed training time within my
working hours as I will not see your message or email outside my working hours. Any
cancellations after this will incur a charge of 100% of the cost of the training session.
